Zusammenfassung:	The carriers concerned comprise a non-magnetic substrate material and at least one magnetizable layer applied on top with good adhesion properties. The said layer is based on a magnetic material finely distributed in a polymer binder, lubricant, further additives and with the use of a compound from the group comprising oxides, hydroxides and carbonates of barium and/or calcium, the said carriers being distinguished by reduced friction coefficients, improved magnetic shedding behaviour in moist conditions and high level stability.
