| Zusammenfassung: | The grate bars (13) of the feed grate overlap one another partially in the transverse direction. The overlapping part (31) of each grate bar (13) is exposed to the combustion path with its outer surface. In the overlap region, to form the cooling duct (40), a spacing which is adequate for the passage of the combustion air is provided perpendicularly to the surface of the overlapping part (31) between the overlapping part (31) of one grate bar (13) and the overlapped part (32) of the grate bar (13) adjacent in the transverse direction. The inlet (44) from below is situated on one edge of the overlap region or of the cooling duct (40), the outlet (42) on the opposite edge. Heat-transmission ribs (39) are provided in the cooling duct (40) on the underside of the overlapping part (31). |
