Zusammenfassung: | The process separates components of a liquid mixture in which one or more components to be extracted are highly diluted and these components can be precipitated by lowering the temperature. In particular, the process is used to extract hydrocarbons, for example ethanol, from mixtures which have been produced biologically, such as fermentation mixtures and fermentation mashes.
The object of the invention is to design said process in such a way as to make it possible to produce, under economical and low-energy conditions, for example, ethanol even from mixtures which contain only a small percentage of this substance.
It is characterised in that
a) the liquid mixture is subjected to a first pervaporation, with the extraction of a permeate having enriched components,
b) the permeate is divided into portions with low to higher concentrations of the component by means of condensation, and
c) at least one more highly concentrated portion is dehydrated by means of a second pervaporation or distillation. |
