Zusammenfassung:The device serves for aligning small textile items which have been roughly cut to size in order to adapt the small items, such as breast pocket strips or the like, to the large items in shape and pattern before they are sewn on or in. To reduce the hand sewing and improve precision, in addition to a table-like base with an exchangeable template held on it with markings for positioning the large item on the base, there are arranged a lifting table and a device which interacts with the lifting table for pinning on the small items in a stack-like manner and there is provided a drivable, transparent plate which can be displaced back and forth over the lifting table and over the table-like support with a clamping device for the individual small items, with the aid of which plate the small items are passed on to the pinning-on device. Additionally, an adjustable light source is arranged above the table-like support for producing at least one line of light for the marking of the position region of the small item on the transparent plate or in relation to the pattern of the large item.
