For purely practical reasons, i.e. to prevent the occurrence of dirt-collecting points, it is deformed in the above way and provided with a mirror coating when transparent materials are on the back. In the case of front deformation of the mirror support it would be expedient, but not necessary according to the invention, to cover the rear view mirror with a transparent plate.
