Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a clock with a readable time display and a display identifying the period of day. Clocks are already known which have an alternating display with a black or white marking to identify the morning and afternoon. Such markings are important in particular in clockworks with, for example, a date display, so that in a display divided into 12-hour sectors a time of, for example, 16.00 hours can actually be set as 16.00 hours and not, for example, as 4.00 hours. For this, a setting to 4.00 hours needs the additional marking for afternoon. However, according to the invention it is proposed to provide an analog display region for a 24-hour period, which for the respectively valid night-time period has an identification which is different to the day-time period and has a variable identification region, the identification region being controlled by the clockwork. |
