Zusammenfassung:	The genomic DNA and the cDNA for HLA-B 27 were obtained from a genomic and a cDNA library and can be used, on the one hand, as diagnostic aid and, on the other hand, as starting material for the preparation of HLA-B 27 by genetic engineering. The HLA-B 27 obtained in this way can in turn be used as diagnostic aid and for the preparation of polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies.
