Zusammenfassung:	An oil sealing deflector for a turbocharger includes a substantially circular stepped plate which has a central plate portion having a center hole in which a rotor shaft of the turbocharger can be freely inserted, a peripheral plate portion, and an intermediate recessed plate portion provided between the central plate portion and the peripheral plate portion to define an oil reservoir. The peripheral plate portion has an opening for discharging the oil in the oil reservoir. The deflector further includes a tongue which extends from the plane of the recessed plate portion through the opening of the peripheral plate portion.
