Zusammenfassung:	Jigsaw which contains a housing (1) in which a movable sliding block (2) is arranged which is connected in an articulated manner to a holder (3) to which a saw blade (7) is fastened. A reciprocating movement is imparted to the saw blade (7) by a drive and an oscillating movement is imparted to the saw blade (7) by a two-armed lever (8). Attached between the holder (3) and the sliding block (2) is a spring means which cushions the holder (3) relative to the sliding block (2) and compensates for the shock loads from the holder (3) towards the sliding block (2).
