Zusammenfassung:	In the case of a water-heating apparatus, a circuit for regulating the water temperature and for safety-temperature limiting operates using two temperature sensors 4, 5. The regulation in the regulating mode is intended to be independent of the temperature sensor 5 of the safety-temperature limiting. For this purpose, the first temperature sensor is an NTC thermistor 4 and the second temperature sensor is a PTC thermistor 5. In the regulating mode, the temperature at the second temperature sensor 5 is less than the reference temperature Tb, above which said sensor has a considerable increase in resistance. For safety-temperature limiting, the temperature at the second temperature sensor 5 rises above the reference temperature Tb.
