Zusammenfassung: | In telephone handsets with extended grip surfaces, acoustic interference can be caused by mechanical effects such as twisting and mechanical pressure. Clicks, for example, are produced. To reduce this mechanical sensitivity, the upper shell of the housing is provided with spacer knobs, resulting in reduced contact between the upper and lower shells of the housing, and the lower shell is provided with additional cross-webs which increase the resistance to twisting. |
