Circuit arrangement for storing Secam colour television signals with reduced bandwidth

The invention concerns a circuit arrangement for recording and reproduction of Secam colour signals in the case of video storage devices with reduced bandwidth. The intention is to store the colour information with reduced bandwidth and reduced filter cost, and therefore to increase the level of integration. The object is to prepare the Secam colour signal by frequency division and frequency translation in such a way that it can be carried into a given frequency range with narrow limits, and avoids undesired combination frequencies in the area of the remaining signal processing for video storage. The way this is achieved according to the invention is that a bell filter is connected to one input of a first mixer, the second input of which is connected to a fixed-frequency oscillator, and the output of which is connected to a first high-pass filter, the output of which is connected via a limiter and a frequency divider to a second mixer, which is connected to the same fixed-frequency oscillator and to a first low-pass filter, filtering out the differential signal.
