Zusammenfassung:	The sitting harness is equipped with a chest plate 1 which has a harness hook 2 and with a back bow 3 which is connected to the said plate via an adjustable bar-type strap, and has a device for sitting which comprises a seat bow 10 which supports the backside and, without being connected to the back bow 3, is only connected to the chest plate 1 via adjustable straps 11. The chest plate 1 has suspension eyelets 13 for attaching the straps 11 of the seat bow 10.
