Zusammenfassung:	For screwing on and unscrewing the valve protection cap which is of difficult access and soiled, a screwing aid is provided in the form of a socket spanner. The socket bore of the socket spanner is formed by an elastic insert which, by positioning on the conventional protective cap, produces a detachable, friction-fitting driving connection. The coupling elements of the socket spanner for rotationally fixed connection to the protective cap can also consist of a polygonal inner or outer profile which is brought into a detachable driving connection with a corresponding outer or inner profile of the protective cap.
