Zusammenfassung: | A method is specified by means of which a coil unit consisting of a flat coil carrier and a spiral flat coil is produced. A metallic layer (5) is applied onto one end face (3) of the flat coil carrier (1). In a further method step, the metallic layer (5) is removed in places, so that a spiral track (7) is left. The spiral track (7) is thickened, for example galvanically. This results in a spiral flat coil (11). The intermediate spaces between the spiral track (7) are filled out with an insulating material (13). The coil unit is preferably used in a shockwave tube for kidney-stone lithotripsy in medical technology. The advantage of the method is that the flat coil (11) bears in a sealed manner on the coil carrier (1), as a result of which a good heat transfer is achieved. In addition, the flat coil (11) is stressed less mechanically since it has no movement freedom towards the flat coil carrier (1). |
