Zusammenfassung:	The invention shows a rotatable sun roof having a roof plate which can be rotated within the roof of the vehicle between a closed position and an open position, in which an opening provided in the vehicle roof is closed and opened. The roof plate is received in a circular housing which is fastened on the roof structure of the vehicle. A drive motor sets in motion a driving band, which is arranged slidingly in the housing, in opposed directions, according to choice. One end of a pair of levers fastened on opposite sides of the roof plate is connected to the driving band and the second end is connected to opposed sides of the roof plate. Ramp elements arranged on the housing enter into engagement with the second end of each lever in order to raise and lower the levers and the rear edge of the roof plate connected thereto.
