Zusammenfassung:Pyrazole derivatives of the formula I in which R and R independently of one another denote a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched C1-C3-alkyl group, or R and R , together with the nitrogen atom, form a 4- to 7-membered alicyclic nitrogen-containing heterocycle, n represents an integer from 2 to 6, R denotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl or ethyl group, and the physiologically acceptable salts and hydrates thereof, have an extensive selective effect on histamine H2 receptors. These compounds have improved pharmacological properties compared to recognised good histamine H2 receptors. A preparation process for these compounds is additionally described.
