Zusammenfassung:	The device for the permanent mounting of a tube (1) introduced into the body (3) of a patient has an annular body (4) with a flexible foot ring (6) and a retaining means (5) for fixing of the tube (1) in the annular body (4). A sleeve (10) which is connected via ribs (11) with the flexible foot ring (6) is arranged in the annular body (4) so as to be immobile coaxially thereto. A hollow space (12) sealable with an arched lid (13) is located between the foot ring (6) and the body (3) of the patient.
