Zusammenfassung:	An arrangement for the cooling of a charge cycle valve (1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) of an internal combustion engine is proposed, especially of an exhaust valve of a supercharged internal combustion engine in which cooling air can be fed by way of a cooling air chamber (5), preferably situated in the area of the valve seat surface (1b) and by way of outlet apertures (7a, 7b) flow-connected to this chamber and an exhaust and refill duct (2), in which arrangement one or more recesses (8a, 8b), into which the outlet apertures (7a, 7b) for the cooling air open, are provided in the combustion gas flow feed of the exhaust and refill duct (2).
