Zusammenfassung:	In a plastics tank, the walls comprise flat-surfaced plastics sheets which are cut to size, adjacent sheets being firmly bonded together (by adhesion or by welding) in a sealed manner at their circumferential edge via longitudinally cut plastics angle profile strips. The plastics angle profile strips for their part have ends with a mitre angle, and the mutually facing mitre angles of adjacent plastics angle profile strips are themselves firmly bonded together, in particular adhesively bonded or welded, in a sealed manner. The plastics angle profile strips have pockets into which the sheet edges are inserted with a press fit. The plastics tank can in a simple manner be produced by appropriately cutting to size plastics sheets and plastics angle profile strips and be assembled as a modular system even by an inexperienced worker. Because of the modular system, with parts appropriately cut to size, extremely varied tank sizes and tank shapes can be erected depending on the individual application or place of use.
