Zusammenfassung: | As a development of previous applications, a microwave method for heating under pressure is specified, according to which the operating space is a long metal tube into which window openings are incorporated at regular intervals for transmitters, which are located side-by-side, to radiate in. The windows are covered in a pressure-tight manner by means of a pushed-in plastic tube in which the object flows through directly or in packaging or in a special container, with pressure gates at the start and end, and a cooling zone at the end. The container is sealed in a pressure-tight manner with respect to the plastic tube particularly by means of sealing rings at its ends, so that the pressure gates are in this case superfluous. The container, which is constructed like a hollow piston in a cylinder and likewise consists of plastic or a suitable insulating material, is open on one side for loading and unloading and is connected to its neighbours to form an endless flexible chain. |
