Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:A photographic material which is suitable as an image-receiving element for the dye diffusion transfer process contains, in the following sequence: 1. a hydrophilic binder layer which is arranged on a layer support and contains water-insoluble nickel chelates or copper(II) chelates as metallising agents for the formation of coloured complexes of organic colourless or coloured complexing agents; and 2. a stainable hydrophilic binder layer which contains, as mordant, a polymer containing recurring cationic structural units which have a (meth)acrylate, (meth)acrylamide or maleimide structure in polymerised form and contain a non-cyclic or saturated cyclic tertiary amino group in protonated or quaternised form. From the chelatable image dyes transferred imagewise into the stainable layer on development are formed the corresponding nickel or copper(II) complexes of improved light stability. Even if conventional, non-complexable image dyes are used, the light fastness properties are significantly improved.
