Zusammenfassung: | The practicability of the invention extends to the production of specifically fixed monofilament nonwovens which are primarily suitable for the technical sector. The object of the invention is to achieve a high tearing elongation of the monofilaments along with a low energy consumption, whilst the monofilament speed is to be brought significantly nearer to the air speed in the drawing-off channel as a result of an increase of the drawing-off forces. The solution according to the invention provides the supply of a diffuse air flow above the drawing-off channel, which is directed by a suction flow of corresponding air quantity which is generated underneath the delivery belt and which is propagated in the drawing-off channel. The large channel length possible thereby imparts to the monofilaments high drawing-off forces which are at a maximum at the point where the monofilaments have the temperature of the conclusion of the deformation-related imparting of orientation. The walls of the drawing-off channel have an inclination of 0 DEG |
