Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a test chamber for checking the surface of vehicle bodies, in which rows of lamps are arranged extending parallel to one another above and to the side of said bodies. In order to improve the monitoring and to speed up the process, the vehicle bodies are towed lengthwise through the test chamber, which is of elongated configuration, by means of a conveyor belt. The rows of lamps are all arranged transverse to the conveying direction and extend partly as far as into the base region. Moreover, they are combined in groups to form multiple rows of lamps having non-luminous and non-reflecting narrow intermediate strips between the individual rows of lamps. It is possible to achieve a better test result by means of this type of arrangement of the test lamps. |
