Zusammenfassung:	Compounds of general formula (I) wherein R is CH3, n-C4H9, benzyl or o-Cl-benzyl R1 is Cl, CH3, OCH3 R2 is H or Cl R3 is H or Cl (with the proviso that when R = CH3 and R2 = R3 = H, R1 is different from chlorine) and the corresponding salts with inorganic cations or deriving from non-toxic, pharmaceutically acceptable organic bases, such as primary, secondary or tertiary amines or aminoacids, are described. A process for the preparation thereof and pharmaceutical compositions therefrom having analgesic activity are moreover described.
