Zusammenfassung:	The system for the treatment of thermal injuries with air free of bacteria comprises an air fan (1), a filter system (2 and 3), an electric heater (4) and a control unit (5) connected thereto and having a temperature transmitter (6), and a device (7) for conveying the abacterial air into a treatment chamber (8). In the control unit (5) a two-point temperature controller (9) is arranged with a regulator (10) for its non-sensitivity range for cyclically changing the temperature from a maximum value, to be set at the target temperature adjuster in the initial treatment period, to gradually decreasing temperatures, to be set at the regulator (10) for the non-sensitivity range, corresponding to the treatment phases and with a simultaneous increase in the cycle time.
