Endoscopy cover system

The invention relates to a cover device for endoscopic examinations. This comprises two components: 1. A clamping device for fixation of a stretchable surgical covering cloth on a rigid endoscopy tube which can be used repeatedly after appropriate sterilisation. This clamping device comprises two parts. The disc-shaped lower part of the clamping device on which the surgical covering cloth is placed is fixed to the arthroscope shaft before arthroscopy. After arthroscopy, the upper part of the clamping device is pushed through its open part onto the arthroscope in order to fix the covering cloth, and is screwed to the lower part. 2. A liquid-impermeable, sterile surgical perforated covering cloth which is clamped between the upper part and the lower part of the clamping device. e
