Zusammenfassung:	The invention describes a method of producing an implant comprising a carrier material of a synthetic resin reinforced with carbon fibres and a suitable coating. The coating is porous for optimum, cementless anchorage of the implant in the body The pores of the coating at the same time ensure satisfactory connection between the coating and the carrier material. A suitable bonding agent is placed in the mould, the bonding agent keeping the coating in place. At the same time, it prevents penetration of the plastic material to the outside of the coating during the pressing operation.
