Zusammenfassung: | The invention has the aim of developing an apparatus with which caking of, and thermal damage to, the products during their drying can be prevented and the product yield can be increased. The object is derived from this of keeping all apparatus parts which can come into contact with the material to be dried below the temperature at which a danger of caking and of thermal damage are present. This is solved according to the invention in that in a known fluidised bed apparatus all the walls in and around the drying space are surrounded by spaces through which, respectively separated, a cooling medium can be conducted, and throughflow regulating members are arranged in the inlet and outlet pipes. |
