Zusammenfassung: | The invention describes a high-frequency surgical apparatus for severing the constricted sphincter muscle at the opening of the bile duct into the duodenum, in which a spring wire guided in a flexible plastic hose (2) is present, the wire extending at the end of the plastic hose (2) in the vicinity of the patient over a distance outside the hose such that when tension is exerted on the spring wire (4) the taut filament (4a) forms an enlargeable arch. An essentially flat supporting body (8) which is present in the plastic hose (2) and whose section modulus is low in the direction of the desired curvature of the plastic hose (2), and high in the direction at right angles thereto, ensures such an accurate guidance of the filament (4a) that even a subsequent section lies exactly flush with the previous section. |
