Zusammenfassung:	The agent contains 0.1 to 4.5 per cent by weight of 1,3-diamino-2-propanol and/or 1,3-diamino-2-propanol derivative of the general formula 5.0 to 50.0 per cent by weight of a phosphonomethylated 1,3-diamino-2-propanol derivative in the form of an alkali metal salt and/or of an ammonium salt of the general formula 3.0 to 12.0 per cent by weight of alkali metal chloride, ammonium chloride or a mixture of the same and water to make up 100 per cent by weight. The invention can be used in systems supplying circulation water, desalters of mineralised water, and in conveying, transport and treatment of mineral oil and natural gas.
