Resilient road-marking element

Resilient road-marking element with a reflector (30) with a reflector holder (28) which has laterally projecting edge regions (28R) which protrude forwards and backwards and holding devices between the edge regions, with which the reflector (30) is held in position, the edge regions (28R) always rising above the profile of the reflector (30). Also present are a flexible waterproof seal (40), which extends over the open end (40) and thus closes off the interior of the housing (11) in relation to the outside world, and elastic elements (22) in the housing (11), which press against the seal (40) and the reflector holder (28) in order to keep the reflector holder (28) and thus the reflecting surface (30') in a raised position which in the normal state lies above the open end (14) but when pressure is exerted on the reflector holder (28) allows the reflector holder (28) and the reflector (30) to be pushed in towards the elastic element and to move into the protective environment of the housing (11).
