Concentricity tester

The concentricity tester has a base plate with receiving rocker arms which are suitable for supporting rotation test pieces on the end face and can be pivoted about a common fulcrum in the base plate, and can be locked. Guide mandrels for gauge rolls (e.g. master gears, threaded gauge rolls, follower rolls, etc.) can be displaced and locked on the receiving rocker arms. A further gauge arm, which runs up to the fulcrum radially, permits both the application of a dimension detecting device (dial gauge, sensor, etc.) and a further gauge roll. The versatile mobility of angle and distance of the guide mandrels permits a large number of test piece arrangements for concentricity testers and savings in individual measuring devices and complicated resettings for other diameters, etc.
