Zusammenfassung:	The liquid to be treated is fed to successive treatment chambers and the treatment and/or deionisation takes place by electrical ion displacement in a first stage and by electrical ion desorption in a second aftertreatment stage, and the salts removed from the treated liquid are passed into so-called brine chambers and flushed from these by means of a transport fluid into a drain or other collection space.
