Zusammenfassung:The device has a screening drum (4) which is rotatably mounted in a container (2) having an inlet (16) and an outlet (18). The screening drum (4) has medium flowing through it from the inside outwards. Coarse material is trapped on the inside of the screening drum (4) on screening bars (26) and is conveyed to a stripping-off device (22) arranged above the medium level (20). The stripping-off device (22) contains stripping-off means (36) which strip off the coarse material from the screening bars (26), so that it can fall into a collecting trough (24) underneath.
