Comminuting machine, especially for the comminution of feed

The machine is especially for plant and animal feed, with a comminution space provided with a feed hopper, a motor-driven shaft and also with further shafts which are rotatable in common with the latter and have long and short blades attached to the latter and cooperate with stationary blades. This object is achieved in that the stationary short blades and the stationary long blades are releasably attached in two or more rows to the wall of the comminution space, and in each row stationary long blades and short blades are alternately arranged, and the rotating long blades and short blades, rotatable in the planes perpendicular to the shaft and releasably attached are likewise arranged adjacently and alternately in two or more rows such that rotating short blades are present opposite the stationary long blades, and rotating long blades are present opposite the stationary short blades, and the rotating long blades engage in the gap between each two adjacently fitted stationary long blades.
