Zusammenfassung:	The radial fan for transport of a stream of gas with solid particles contains a housing (1) with an inlet nozzled (3) and an outlet nozzle (5). An impeller (6) and a tube (16) are disposed coaxially in the housing (1), the tube (16) being disposed at the inlet of the gas stream into the impeller (6) in a manner so as to be displaceable axially inwards for partial coverage of the channels (7a) between the blades of the impeller (6) and likewise displaceable back. The tube (16) has a longitudinal opening on the side opposite the outlet nozzle (5).
