Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a common turn-off circuit for voltage intermediate circuit converters of variable amplitude and frequency which are supplied by a constant DC voltage. At the same time, the function of the chopper on the DC voltage side is carried out in that the chopper device and common turn-off device consist of the series circuit of a commutating inductor (1) having a main thyristor (4) and a diode (5) which is connected in reverse-parallel in parallel with the main thyristor (4), and in that, furthermore, both the cathode of the main thyristor (4) and the anode of a turn-off thyristor (6) are connected to the positive supply terminal (31) of the invertor, and in that the cathode of the turn-off thyristor (6) is connected via the series circuit of a commutating inductor (8) and a commutating capacitor (9) to the negative supply terminal (32) of the invertor (3), and in that a diode (7) which is connected in reverse-parallel is arranged in parallel with the turn-off thyristor (6).
