Zusammenfassung:For compensating for an inclined position of the objects on a conveyor belt in a method for recognising surface patterns on objects, this inclined position is first detected by means of two sensors arranged at a distance, over which the objects move successively in time due to the inclined position. The time difference allows conclusions to be drawn about the inclined position. After that, the object, the sensors detecting the object or the image generated by the sensors are rotated in such a manner that a parallel position is achieved. The method and device according to the invention avoid elaborate computing processes for compensating for the inclined position.
