In this arrangement, a barrier (15,17) which interacts with the laterally protruding legs (14) of the animal (13) is connected in front of the holding device (21), and this barrier turns the animal carcase (13) so that its back is pointing forwards as conveying continues. The holding device (21) accepts the animal carcase (13) in the position set by the barrier (15,17) and holds it in this position or, after a further change in position, in the desired position. |
