Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a demultiplexer device consisting of integrated photodiodes, which is suitable for integration with other electronic or electro-optical elements. If light of different wavelengths is radiated into the demultiplexer device, it is only light of chiefly one wavelength that is absorbed in the different spatial regions of the demultiplexer device. This is achieved by operating the demultiplexer device in wavebands having low absorption coefficients and by mounting reflectors in front of, between and behind the diodes.
