Zusammenfassung:In an armoured vehicle having an internal-combustion engine, the exhaust gases of which are guided through an exhaust-air channel, a device of high fatigue strength is to be provided for the effective reduction of the exhaust-gas outlet temperature, with the result that a heat-related location of the vehicle is to be made substantially more difficult and a diminution of the noises generated by the exhaust-gas pulsation is to be obtained. The object is achieved in that the exhaust-air channel (2) is designed on the same side as the vehicle bottom as an oversized silencer of the exhaust-gas pulsation, with outlet orifices (6) directed to the ground (9), and is equipped on the inlet side with a blower device (3) sucking the air out of the space (5) of the internal-combustion engine (1) and with an exhaust (4) guiding hot engine exhaust gases into the exhaust-air channel (2). As a result of the arrangement of the outlet orifices (6) on a large-area plane ground-facing surface of the exhaust-air channel (2), the hot engine exhaust gases are cooled by being mixed with sucked-up colder air and by heat radiation on the ground and flow out of the outlet orifices (6) without any appreciable pulsation, as a result of which a vehicle location by means of the exhaust-gas pulsation is made more difficult and a vehicle signature by means of the heat radiation of the vehicle caused by the exhaust gas can be prevented.
