Zusammenfassung: | A system (10) for continuously producing profile bars or strands from plastic is intended to be used, for example, for producing handrail profiles from polyurethane integral flexible foam. It has a moulding tool (12) formed from an openable and closable outer mould (13) and a core mould (14), which engages in this outer mould. The plastics component composition is introduced into the moulding cavity (15) of the molding tool to form the profile. Outer mould (13) and core mould (14) each consist of endless, elastic belts (13' and 14') which are each guided so as to be synchronously movable via deflection devices (16', 16'',16''' and 17', 17''). The outer mould (13) can be positively opened in the region of the deflection devices (16' and 16'''), but is designed so as to be closable in a substantially rectilinear guide zone (18) lying between these. The core mould (13) is introduced into the outer mould (13) in an opening region (16') parallel to the guide zone (18) and can be removed from this again in the other opening region (16'''). With the core mould (14), the profile bar or strand (11) also emerges from the outer mould (13) and is subsequently separated from the core mould (14) by a deflecting apparatus (31). |
