Zusammenfassung:A propellent charge for cartridge ammunition of propellent powder bodies of a certain geometric form is produced by filling the propellent powder bodies preferably in partial amounts and by means of a suitable funnel into the propellent case and compressing them there without the addition of binders and/or solvents up to a charge density 1.0 to 1.5 g/cc, and that they are shaped elastically to plasticity under substantially uniform and/or gradually varying compression.
