Zusammenfassung: | For stabilising cellular carriers, transverse bars are welded to the legs of the profile carriers. The introduction of additional welded-on bars requires a high production outlay, which, in particular because of the multiplicity of cellular carriers of this kind in bottle-cleaning machines, should be avoided or reduced. To this end, a process for producing cellular carriers for bottle-cleaning machines by punching is proposed, the punching operation for producing the openings according to Fig. 4 taking place in a multiplicity of steps with the part (19) of the opening (5) containing the web blank (18) being punched out in the first step, subsequently the web blank being bent over and in the following stage the remaining part of the opening (21) being punched out, in one of the pre-selected stages, preferably in the first stage, it being possible to punch out further bores (20) and notches (13) as well as centring and alignment bores. In this manner a very narrow basic web design between the individual openings (5) is obtained. Because of the very narrow web design or narrow design of the surface between the openings, substantially more openings can be accommodated within a cellular carrier with the same length, an advantageous stabilisation simultaneously being provided by the bent-over web blank. |
