Zusammenfassung:Appliance for monitoring the density of a gas, in particular of a gaseous extinguishing agent, in an installation vessel, involving a measuring element which, on the one hand, is exposed to the pressure of the gas and, on the other hand, to the internal pressure of the appliance, and whose deflection is transmitted to switches by means of a transmission mechanism. The interior of the appliance is separated from the environment by a gas-tight and pressure-proof casing. In the transmission mechanism, the flexions of the measuring element caused solely by temperature changes are compensated. The appliance is insensitive to changes in the ambient pressure and ambient temperature.
