Zusammenfassung: | A heat exchanger of plate design for internal-combustion engines to be installed, in particular, in lorries/trucks or the like has zig-zag lamellae (6, 7) arranged between plates (1a to 1d) and rod-shaped interlayers (2 to 5) which are arranged alternately at in each case two mutually opposite rims of the plates and are flush with the plates, with the exception of parts intended to project. The plates bound flow ducts for crosswise guidance of heat exchanger media of which one is gaseous. In order to settling on the incident-flow side of the heat exchanger which is subjected to the gaseous heat exchanger medium, this side is provided with a plastic coating (12) which has a uniformly smooth surface and which tapers off on the part of the surface directly following the incident-flow side with a slope which opposes flow separation. The plastic coating evens out the roughnesses produced during the production of the parts of the heat exchanger. |
