Zusammenfassung:	For the delayed release of a disinfectant such as broad-spectrum microbiocide, the process provides for addition of hydrogen peroxide to the ceramic starting material composed of tricalcium phosphate before the firing step in order to produce a ceramic with a defined pore size, impregnation of the ceramic shaped article after the firing step with the disinfectant, and subsequently coating it with a polymer in various layer thicknesses which are adjusted exactly to the preset release time.
