Zusammenfassung: | A plastic moulding which has the shape of a practice hand grenade is constructed as a hand grenade having two shell halves (1). Finely divided metal powder consisting of iron, copper, aluminium or other metals and having a grain size of 15 to 500 mu m is introduced into the plastic. The plastic moulding has virtually the same shape and the same weight as a live hand grenade. When the practice hand grenade detonates, the shell (1) decomposes into small particles which are not a hazard to personnel involved in the practice. A method by means of which the plastic original components and metal components can be supplied simultaneously to a mixer head, can be extruded as a mixture which can be cast and can be cyclically filled into moulds ensures cost-effective manufacture. |
