Zusammenfassung: | The machine typically winds coils onto three pole armatures. The proposed mechanism accurately positions the armature so that each pole is wound in turn from one continuous wire feed. The mechanism has a lever operated clamp which engages with the armature shaft and supports the armature in the correct position relative to the wire feed. A plunger is profiled to engage with two adjacent pole tips simultaneously in order to hold the armature in a defined angular position w.r.t. the wire feed. Finally the mechanism has a further lever system for turning the armature through one pole pitch. Typically, it engages with a pole tip to push the armature round, and n on the return stroke turns on a pivot so that no force is then exerted on the tip. Several such mechanisms together with wire feeds can be arranged on one base and controlled by one programmer. |
